Yeet Campus Creator Program — Creator Terms
Effective date: Aug 12, 2026
By joining the Yeet Campus Creator Program, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable — if anything is unclear, email campus@yeetdating.com.
1. Joining
There are no fees. Ever. You never pay us anything to join or take part, at any point, for any reason. If anyone asks you to pay to be part of this program, it isn't us.
To take part you must be 18 or older. This program is aimed at university students, though current enrollment isn't strictly required.
You must be located in the United States.
Your social accounts must be your own, publicly accessible, and in good standing with the platform.
2. Your relationship with Yeet
You take part as an independent contractor. This is not employment, and nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship. You decide when and how much you create, and you aren't entitled to employee benefits.
You're responsible for your own taxes and for all costs of creating and publishing your content.
3. What counts as a qualifying video
A video qualifies for payment when it:
- Follows the brief or template for the task you took on
- Is posted publicly on your own account — not a collaboration post, not private, not restricted
- Reaches 1,000 or more views
- Includes a clear sponsorship disclosure as required by law. In the US this means
#adin the caption and/or the platform's branded content toggle - Stays publicly visible for at least 30 days after posting
- Is submitted to us within 24 hours of posting
You're responsible for reading and following the current campaign rules and creative guidelines before you post. These are published on our site, and may be updated from time to time. Content that doesn't follow them may be rejected.
TikTok and Instagram Reels; other platforms may be added by agreement.
4. How payment works
Starter period — your first three videos
- 1st video → $30
- 2nd video → $30
- 3rd video → $40
Plus a view-based bonus on each.
After the starter period
You earn the full view-based rate on every qualifying video.
Rates are shown when you take on a task and are locked in at that moment — if we change a rate later, it doesn't affect work you've already started.
Payment for any single video is capped at $1,000. If a video substantially exceeds this, get in touch — we look at those case by case.
How views are counted
View counts are recorded 14 days after posting. That is the number used for payment, and is determined by Yeet based on our own measurement.
We pay for real audience attention. If a video's audience falls substantially outside the campaign's target regions — for US campaigns, that means primarily US-based viewers — we may apply a reduced rate. We assess this using signals such as viewer location, language data and comment language.
Referral rewards
If someone joins through your referral link, you receive $20 when they publish their first qualifying video. This is paid by us, in addition to what they earn — it is never deducted from their payout.
Referral rewards apply to one level only. If someone you referred later refers another creator, those rewards belong to them, not to you.
Referral rewards are limited to 10 referred creators per person.
Getting paid
Earnings build up in your balance as videos are reviewed and counted. Once your balance reaches $20, you can request a payout at any time. Payments are processed promptly after a request, provided your account is in good standing and has no unresolved issues.
Payments are made via PayPal to the account you provide.
5. Fair play
We pay for real, organic performance only. The following will result in payment being withheld and may result in removal from the program:
- Fake engagement — purchased views, likes, comments or followers; bot traffic; engagement pods; commenting from your own alternate accounts
- Paid boosting — views generated through TikTok's paid promotion tools, Instagram Boost, or any similar service. We pay for organic reach only
- Reposting others' content — every video must be your own original work
- Hiding your metrics — don't hide like or comment counts on submitted posts
- Removing paid content early — if a video is taken down or hidden within 30 days for reasons within your control, that payment is forfeited, and we may withhold your remaining balance
If you believe your post has been botted by someone else, tell us immediately with a screen recording of your post analytics. If you don't tell us, we will assume it came from you.
We may request analytics screenshots — views, watch time, traffic sources, audience location — before releasing payment, or at any time to verify performance.
6. Content and conduct
- Follow each platform's rules and community guidelines
- No harassment, hate speech, sexual content, or content involving minors
- Don't use copyrighted music, footage or other material without permission
- Don't make claims about Yeet that we haven't provided — stick to the templates and guidelines
- Don't feature a directly competing dating or social app in content made for this program
- Don't describe this program as a way to earn money by recruiting people. It isn't one, and describing it that way misleads people
7. Your content and how we use it
You keep full ownership of everything you make. The copyright stays yours.
By submitting a video for payment, you grant Yeet a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, excerpt, combine with other materials and display the content, in whole or in part — including individual clips, frames and audio — in any media now known or later developed, for the promotion of Yeet. This includes paid advertising on any platform, and advertising creative that combines your content with other footage, graphics, music or voiceover.
You also agree to provide TikTok Spark Ads authorization on request, valid for up to 12 months from the posting date.
We won't edit your content in a way that materially misrepresents your views, and we won't use it to promote anything other than Yeet.
8. What you're confirming
By taking part, you confirm that:
- You're 18 or older, and everything you've told us is accurate
- Your content is your own original work and doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights
- Your content and conduct comply with applicable law and platform rules, including the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising
- You're free to take part and aren't bound by a conflicting exclusivity arrangement
9. Your information
Our full Privacy Policy applies to this program. This section describes what's specific to the Campus Creator Program.
What we collect: your name and contact email; your school and expected graduation; your social media handles and the public performance data of the videos you submit; analytics screenshots you send us; and the payment details needed to pay you.
Why: to review your application, run the program, verify that content meets the guidelines, and pay you.
Tax information: if you earn enough in a year that we're required to report it, we'll ask for tax details separately, through a secure channel. Never send tax or bank details through a form, a chat message or email.
Who we share it with: service providers who help us run the program — such as our application form provider and payment processor. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.
Your choices: you can ask to see or delete your information at any time by emailing campus@yeetdating.com.
10. Ending participation, and changes
You can stop taking part at any time. Earnings already qualified will still be paid.
We may end anyone's participation for breaking these terms, in which case unpaid earnings connected to the breach may be withheld.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to take part after that means you accept the updated terms.
Nothing here is a guarantee of earnings. What you make depends entirely on how your content performs.
11. Liability
Neither you nor Yeet will be liable to the other for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages arising from this program. Yeet's total liability in connection with this program will not exceed $1,000 USD.
You agree to cover us for any third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms, and we'll do the same for claims arising from our own breach.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
These terms are the entire agreement between you and Yeet regarding this program.
